MAYOR GRAY HONORED

Members of the Charlotte Street Association gathered to honor former Mayor Rick Gray for his 12 years of dedicated service to Lancaster City and its residents.

Over the years, Mayor Gray worked closely with local organizations like the Charlotte Street Association to improve the quality of life for our community and protect the historical integrity of our neighborhoods.
