The Charlotte Street Association is an organization comprised of homeowners and residents of Lancaster City, Penna., who work together to celebrate our common threads and unique talents, as well as to care for the neighborhoods in which we live. We believe in the idea that even one person can positively impact their street and neighborhood, and we strive to foster a sense of community and acknowledge our neighbors for their contributions.
