This three-story brick & stucco home displays the projecting eaves and simple finishes characteristic of the popular Arts & Crafts movement. The house was constructed in 1897-1899 from designs by William Pritchett, Jr.

 

After nearly 60 years as the home of Franklin & Marshall’s Kappa Sigma, the fraternity sold the property in 2017.
